A day is a 24 hour rental period that is normally scheduled from noon on pick-up day to noon on return day. Pick-up and drop-off times must be scheduled during normal business hours.
Must have a valid drivers license and be 25 years of age to operate Motor Homes.
Notice: A one time fee of $30.00 will be added to each agreement to cover required sanitation services.
Rentals include 100 miles per day, extra miles are $.30 each. Housekeeping Kits and Kitchen Kits are available upon request. Click Here to View A refundable Security & Damage Deposit of $500.00 is due with your application. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING and are subject to a $100 minimum processing fee. Cancellations within 60 days prior to departure are subject to a $250 fee. Cancellations within 30 days prior to departure are subject to a $500 fee.
INSURANCE: You can purchase basic liability and physical damage insurance through Bates Motor Home and Camper Rentals of South Dakota's rental policy at $15.00 per day or by providing an Endorsement or Binder through your insurance agent that is at least the minimum limits required by applicable compulsory or financial responsibility law. Minimum comprehensive and collision coverage is $500.00 deductible per occurrence. Additional insurance coverage is available.
