| Monthly &/or Season Rentals Units -
Older Cars and Camper |

A day is a 24 Hour Period, normally Noon to
Noon. Pick up and drop off
during regular business hours. Other hours by appointment. Renters must
be
at least 25 years of age.
|

|
| A $250 deposit is required to secure the trailer rental and as a security deposit. The deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation. The deposit, or portion thereof, is returned to the renter within 14 working days of the rental completion. |
- PAYMENT:
Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days require immediate payment.

- ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING
and are subject to a $100 minimum
processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to departure are subject to a
$250 fee.
|
- CLEANING & HOLDING TANKS:
If the camper requires extra cleaning at the end of the rental period, a cleaning charge of $59 to $99 will be imposed based upon the size of the camper. Excessively dirty carpets are extra. All campers must be returned with the holding tanks emptied. You
should dump them the morning before returning the unit or you can dump at Fort Welikit Family Campground
on Sylvan Lake Rd, Custer for a fee of $5.00. If our service person dump the tanks, a $35
service fee plus the dump fee will be charged to empty the holding tanks. Propane tanks must be refueled after each rental. You may
refill the propane tanks at Fort Welikit Family Campground for a $20.00
(minimum) charge. If we fill the propane tanks, there is a $25.00
service charge plus the propane fee. Service charges & fees will be deducted from
your deposit if not paid at the time unit is returned.

- NO SMOKING POLICY:
Fort Welikit Car &
Camper Rentals offer Non-Smoking
/ No Pets Rental Units to its clientele. To keep our units in the best possible condition, smoking is NOT allowed in the campers. Evidence of smoking
or pets in units the unit will result in a $200 charge.

- PICK-UP & DROP-OFF:
Fort Welikit
Car & Camper Rentals offices are located at 675 West Mt Rushmore Rd, Custer, SD,
57730. There are NO one-way rentals available. Each unit must be returned to
rental office lot in Custer, SD.

- CUSTER AREA CAMPGROUNDS:
If you do not have a properly equipped
vehicle to tow the trailer, delivery and pick-up from Custer area campgrounds can be arranged for an additional fee ranging
+/- $150.00 -
Subject to availability and reservation.
