| A $250 to $750 deposit is required to secure the rental and as a security deposit. The deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation. The deposit, or portion thereof, is returned to the renter within 14 working days of the rental completion. |
- PAYMENT:
Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days require immediate payment.

- ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING
and are subject to a $100 minimum
processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days prior to departure are subject to a
$250 fee.

- CLEANING & HOLDING TANKS:
If the camper requires extra cleaning at the end of the rental period, a cleaning charge of $59 to $99 will be imposed based upon the size of the camper. Excessively dirty carpets are extra. All campers must be returned with the holding tanks emptied. A $35 fee will be charged to empty the holding tanks. Propane tanks must be returned full or BATES charges $25 each for refueling plus the cost of the fuel. These fees and costs will be deducted from any deposit.

- NO SMOKING POLICY:
Black Hills RV offers Non-Smoking Rental Units to its clientele. To keep our units in the best possible condition, smoking is NOT allowed in the campers. Evidence of smoking in the unit will result in a $200 charge.

- PICK-UP & DROP-OFF:
Black Hills RV's headquarters is located at Fort WeLikIt Family Campground in Black Hawk, SD. There are NO one-way rentals available. Each unit must be returned to Black Hills RV's lot at the campground.

- BLACKHILLS AREA CAMPGROUNDS:
If you do not have a properly equipped
vehicle to tow the trailer, delivery and pick-up from local area campgrounds can be arranged for an additional fee
